Steve Carpenter

Steve Carpenter has extensive experience in the banking industry, holding various senior roles. Steve started their banking career at Trinity Industries in 1990 as an Assistant Corporate Credit Manager. In 2001, they joined Citi as a Relationship Manager, where they worked until 2006. Steve then moved to Bank of America, where they specialized in Business Banking for two years. In 2008, they joined Preston State Bank as a Senior Vice President, a role they held for nearly seven years. Later, in 2015, Steve worked as a Senior Vice President at Guaranty Bank & Trust for a few months before becoming the Executive Vice President-Commercial Banking at North Dallas Bank & Trust Co., a position they currently hold.

Steve Carpenter attended MacArthur High School from 1982 to 1985. Steve then went on to Stephen F. Austin State University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned their BBA in Finance. Later, they pursued their MBA in Finance at The University of Dallas from 2002 to 2005.
