Rebecca Bell

Rebecca Bell is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Since December 2020, Rebecca has served as a Human Resources Business Partner at North East Lincolnshire Council. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional Lead Employee Relations Advisor at British Steel from January 2013 to 2018, and HR Shared Services Manager at Midland HR for a brief period in 2012. Additional roles include Regional Human Resources Manager at Sterling Homecare Ltd., Manager/Advisor at John Lewis Partnership, Sales and Marketing Manager at Rufford Office Supplies, and Department Manager at Next.
