PACE Rehabilitation Team Lead at North East Medical Services

Connie Ng, PT, DPT, ATC, currently serves as a PACE Physical Therapist at North East Medical Services since September 2021, focusing on the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. Previously, Connie gained experience as a Student Physical Therapist at Kaiser Permanente, Del Rosa Villa Nursing Center, and Adventist Health, with an emphasis on geriatric and sports rehabilitation. Additional roles include Certified Athletic Trainer at Children's Hospital Los Angeles and GameTime Sports Medicine, as well as internships and clinical rotations with various athletic teams including the Los Angeles Rams. Connie earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from California State University, Northridge.

North East Medical Services

North East Medical Services (NEMS) is one of the largest community health centers in the United States targeting the medically underserved Asian population. Based in San Francisco, the non-profit community health center offers comprehensive health care services to a variety of patients, a majority of whom are uninsured or low-income. NEMS offers linguistically-competent and culturally-sensitive health care services in many languages and dialects, including Cantonese, Mandarin, Toishan, Vietnamese, Burmese, Korean, French, and Hindi. NEMS operates several clinics throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, spanning three counties.
