Gwen Watt

Gwen Watt has a diverse work history that spans over several years. Gwen began their career as an Admin Assistant - Word Processor at Banff and Buchan College of Further Education in 1998. Over the years, they have taken on various roles such as Senior Administrator/Deputy Team Lead at Score Energy Ltd, Student Administration Assistant at Banff and Buchan College, and Club Secretary at Fraserburgh LinkUP Youth Football Club. Their most recent position was as Head of Student Support and Engagement at North East Scotland College. Gwen has also been actively involved with Unison as a Steward and Health & Safety Rep. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong administrative skills and a dedication to supporting students and community organizations.

Gwen Watt attended Fraserburgh Academy from 1991 to 1995. Gwen then furthered their education at Banff and Buchan College of FE from 1995 to 1998, earning an HND in Administration and Information Management. Additionally, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Adult Guidance at the University of Aberdeen. In 2020 to 2021, they pursued a PDA in Inclusive Practice at Edinburgh College. Most recently, in 2022, they studied Emerging Leadership at the Chartered Management Institute.
