Dr. Nazir Ahmad Bhat currently serves as the Secretary of the CERD (Community of Education, Research and Development) Foundation since April 2017 and holds the position of Researcher at North-Eastern Hill University since February 2014. Dr. Bhat earned a PhD in Biodiversity and Conservation from the Centre For Advanced Studies In Botany at North-Eastern Hill University, completing the program between 2014 and 2020.
