Rodney Bennett

Rodney B. is an experienced manager with a diverse background in hospitality and talent development. Currently serving as the Manager of Internships and Talent Development at North End Teleservices LLC and the Founder and CEO of SunFlare Brands Company, Rodney has also established BennWell Enterprises LLC, the parent company to The Neon Scope and Cousin Mercury Consulting and Solutions. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Marriott International, where Rodney oversaw teams and trained new hires, and positions at InterContinental Hotels Group, Residence Inn, and Hilton Worldwide, focusing on operations, guest services, and quality assurance. Rodney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and an Associate of Science in Hospitality Management from Kansas State University.
