Paul Falor

Paul Falor has over fifteen years of experience in information technology, with a focus on information security and risk management. Paul is currently the CIO and Head of Technology Strategic Alliances at North Highland.

Falor began their career in 2005 as a Senior Associate in IT Advisory at KPMG. In this role, they provided consulting services to clients in a variety of industries on projects related to information technology, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, data center consolidations, and network security assessments.

In 2008, Falor left KPMG to join TRX as their Director of Security. In this role, they were responsible for the organization and execution of the company's vulnerability management department. Key functions of their department included penetration testing, application security assessments, and vulnerability identification.

In 2012, Falor left TRX to join SunTrust Bank as their IT Audit Manager. In this role, they worked to identify and mitigate technology risk with a focus on information security and access management. Paul also developed strong client relationships to serve as an independent, trusted partner during periods of change, projects, and implementations.

In 2014, Falor left SunTrust Bank to join Global Payments as their Director of Information Security. In this role, they were responsible for the organization, execution, planning, and administration of the Vulnerability Management department. Key functions of their department included penetration testing, application security assessments, and vulnerability identification.

Falor has been with North Highland since 2015, first serving as their Director of Information Security and then being promoted to CIO and Head of Technology Strategic Alliances in 2018.

Paul Falor has a Masters in Decision & Information Sciences from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.

Their manager is Alex Bombeck, CEO. They are on a team with Ben Grinnell - Managing Director & Global Head of Technology & Digital, Lia Keel - Managing Director, and Navid Ahdieh - Managing Director, Global Lead of Strategy & Management Consulting.
