Rob Sherrell

Rob Sherrell currently serves as Managing Director for Services, Product, and Partnerships at North Highland, a position held since 2021. Previously, Rob led North Highland's Global Transformation Strategy & Design Practice, focusing on integrating design and strategic thinking to support organizational transformation. From 2012 to 2020, Rob was the VP of Global Customer Transformation & Customer Experience Lead, directing initiatives to enhance customer-driven operating models. Prior to joining North Highland, Rob was a Partner & Executive Vice President at Sparks Grove, Inc., and held various marketing leadership roles at Delta Air Lines from 1997 to 2006. Rob holds an International MBA in Marketing from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a BS in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University.
