Taína Molina

Taína Molina currently serves as the Director of Commercial Enablement at North Highland since 2020 and previously held the position of Senior Manager in Sales Enablement. Prior experience includes roles at RealSelf from 2021 to 2024, where Taína was the Revenue Go-To-Market Program Manager and Sales Enablement Manager for B2B. Prior to that, Taína worked at PwC from 2014 to 2020 as a Client Strategy Manager and Client Strategist, Sr. Associate in Financial Services. Earlier career experiences include positions at Hines as a Client Relations Associate and at Allied Integrated Marketing as a Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator. Taína holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) with Honors in Integrated Marketing and Applied Communication from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University.
