Tom Bodeep

Tom Bodeep is a seasoned leader in the staffing and managed services industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the US Utilities Lead at North Highland since November 2015, Tom is responsible for leading and expanding the Utility Practice. Previous roles include Vice President of US Managed Services and Vice President of Business Development at North Highland, where Tom developed the Enterprise Business Development team and established a collaborative framework for account management. Before this, Tom was President of Global Employment Solutions, managing a $120 million division, and held the position of SVP-Head of Field Operations at TRC Staffing, overseeing 16 profit centers. Additionally, Tom served as Group Vice President for Metro Markets at Spherion. Tom Bodeep holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
