Wendy Lawtey

Wendy Lawtey has been with North Lincolnshire Council since January 2009 in various roles such as Assistant Director Transformation, Performance Development Coach, and Principal Manager in Social Care. Responsible for Integrated network social work teams, Hospital Social Work, Intermediate Care services, and Provider Development, Wendy is also the Strategic lead for Adult Workforce. Prior to their current position, Wendy held roles as Service Manager in Case Management for Older People, Workforce Planning & Development, Home Support and Intermediate Care. Wendy started their career as a Nurse at Scunthorpe General Hospital after completing their education at Hatfield High School from 1978-1981.
