Ben Tomlinson

Ben Tomlinson has a strong background in physical education and teaching. Ben is currently the Head of the Physical Education Department at North London Collegiate School in Singapore, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at GEMS World Academy in Singapore as a Pastoral Leader from August 2019 to August 2021, and as a Physical Education Teacher from August 2018 to August 2021. Before that, they were a Teacher of Physical Education at Kingsbury High School from September 2014 to August 2018.

Ben Tomlinson completed their Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Exeter. Ben attended the university from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, they then pursued further education at Canterbury Christ Church University, where they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Education focused on Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they received two additional certifications: a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education from Canterbury Christ Church University in July 2014 and a Qualified Teacher Status from the National College for Teaching & Leadership in July 2014.
