Paul Russell

Paul Russell serves as the Director of Operations at North Marin Community Services since October 2020, previously holding the role of Operations Manager. Prior to this, Paul held multiple leadership positions at Hand in Hand Parenting, including Director of Finance and Operations, and Executive Director, where significant achievements included a 77% increase in program revenue and transforming a budget deficit into a balanced budget within one year. Earlier experience at Alameda Emergency Food involved serving as Executive Director, where Paul managed all aspects of operations and raised significant cash donations, while also expanding staff capacity to meet increased client demand. Paul holds a BA in Religion and the Humanities from the University of Chicago.
