Alexia Hadfield

District Cte/ale Director, James A. Taylor Principal at NORTH MASON SCHOOL DISTRICT

ALexia Hadfield, M.S., M.Ed has extensive experience in education and school administration. ALexia began their career as a STEM/PLTW teacher at Hawkins Middle School in 2017. ALexia also served as the Science Department Chair at the same school from June 2018 to June 2019. In June 2019, they moved to North Mason Senior High School, where they held the positions of Dean of Students and later Athletic Director and Assistant Principal. During their time at North Mason Senior High School, they led the athletic department, supervised facilities and coaches, and collaborated with teachers to create successful learning programs. In 2022, they joined the North Mason School District as the District CTE/ALE director and James A. Taylor principal, focusing on bringing career skills into all classrooms and preparing students for life outside of school.

Alexia Hadfield, M.S., M.Ed completed their Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration at Eastern Washington University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Saint Joseph's University from 2016 to 2018. It is also noted that they studied Sports Medicine at the University of Minnesota Duluth, although the years of study are unspecified.
