Kim Schlomer

Kim Schlomer serves as the Assistant Controller at North Mechanical Contracting and Service since February 2020. Previous roles include Assistant Controller at Electric Plus from October 2020 to November 2021, and Mortgage Close Analyst at OneAmerica between September 2018 and November 2019. Kim's foundation in finance was established at Ben Davis High School as Treasurer from August 2016 to September 2018, and earlier experience as a Credit Analyst at Roche from April 2012 to August 2016. A solid background in project management is reflected in the role of Project Controller at Pepper Construction Company of Indiana LLC from December 1998 to January 2007. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
