Joanie Natalizio

Joanie Natalizio is an accomplished Physician and Executive Recruiter at North Memorial Health, with a unique approach to recruitment honed through a background in counseling and executive coaching. With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, Joanie served as Assistant Vice President at Robert Half Management Resources, where Joanie initiated and led the Human Resources Permanent Placement Division. As President of both Defero Business Coaching, LLC and Career Development Services, Joanie provided executive coaching and career development support.
