Kerry Appleton

Kerry Appleton is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Workforce Wellbeing at North Memorial Health, focusing on the mental and emotional health of healthcare team members. Prior to this role, Kerry worked as a Resilience Coach, embedding resilience strategies throughout the North Memorial Health System, and as a Consultant for Critical Incident Stress Consultants, providing support to professionals exposed to toxic stress. With over two decades of experience, Kerry previously held a position as a Clinical Education Specialist at Children's Minnesota, where responsibilities included curriculum development, educational delivery, and supporting new nursing staff. Kerry's extensive nursing background includes roles as an ECMO Specialist and pediatric intensive care nurse at Children's Minnesota and Johns Hopkins Medicine. Kerry also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at Augsburg University and holds advanced degrees in Nursing Leadership from Augsburg University and a Bachelor's in Nursing from Radford University.
