Melody Albrecht

Melody Albrecht has extensive experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare operations. Melody currently holds the position of Director of Patient Financial Services at North Memorial Health, where they oversee the revenue cycle across various hospitals and clinics. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Revenue Cycle at Swedish Medical Group, where they led A/R management, customer service, and cash applications. Melody also has experience in clinic operations, having held the role of Director of Operations for Otolaryngology, Audiology, and Maxillofacial Surgery at Swedish Medical Group. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle at Swedish Medical Group and as a Business Office Manager at Minor and James Medical. Albrecht began their career as an Office Manager at Puget Sound Surgical Center, where they supported surgeons and managed clinic operations.

Melody Albrecht obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on E.M.B.A. from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business between 2013 and 2015.
