Mike Waldt

Mike Waldt has a strong background in pharmacy services and administration. Mike started their career as a Pharmacy Intern at HealthEast in 2007 and remained in that role until 2012. Mike then joined OhioHealth as an M.S./ Pharmacy Administration Resident from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they took on the role of Pharmacy Operations Manager at North Memorial Health, a position they still hold. Additionally, they have been involved with ASHP, serving on the Council on Pharmacy Practice as a New Practitioner from 2014 to 2015.

Mike Waldt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2006. Mike later completed their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree at the University of Minnesota from 2008 to 2012. In 2014, they obtained a Masters of Science in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from The Ohio State University. Additionally, they received the certification of Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist from the BPS - Board of Pharmacy Specialties in 2020.
