Salena Nikolaisen

Salena Nikolaisen currently serves as the System Manager for Therapies and previously held the position of Therapies Director at North Memorial Health since July 2023. Prior to this role, Salena had a long tenure at Aegis Therapies, starting as a Speech Pathologist in June 2001 and progressing to District Manager and Rehab Program Manager, ultimately becoming Area Vice President by June 2009. In the Area Vice President role, Salena was responsible for overseeing clinical and operational outcomes, growth for skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and home health care contracts, in addition to managing sales and marketing for rehab product lines. Salena holds a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, obtained between 1998 and 2001, and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Science from the same institution, earned between 1996 and 1998.
