Wisler Pierre-Louis, PE, LEED AP BD C, CFM, PMP®, ENV SP has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of civil engineering and public works. Wisler began their career at PBS&J as an Engineer II, where they showcased their problem-solving skills and strategic project oversight abilities. During this time, they led the Eastern Miramar Infrastructure Improvements project, successfully completing multiple large-scale infrastructure improvement projects. In 2007, they joined the City of North Miami, starting as a City Engineer and eventually being promoted to the position of Public Works Director. In this role, they successfully completed over 75 Capital Improvement Projects worth $25+ million, leading a team of over 100 professionals and revitalizing the city's infrastructure during the Great Recession. In 1999, they began their educational journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University, which they completed in 2003. Wisler further pursued their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the same institution, completing it in 2004.

Wisler Pierre-Louis continued to enhance their skills by completing several executive certificate programs. In 2019, they attended the Harvard Kennedy School, where they received an Executive Certificate in Public Policy. Additionally, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, earning an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership.
