Mark Vigil

Mark Vigil, VP of Capital Markets, leads North Mill’s strategic and capital raising projects designed to enhance the company’s financing capabilities. Mark’s distinguished background is diverse. Prior to joining North Mill, he held the position of Managing Director for a number of world-renowned banks including BBVA, Bank of Nova Scotia, and Societe Generale. During his tenure, he covered major media and technology companies like Microsoft, Time Warner, and Cablevision where his responsibilities included increasing client revenue and portfolio performance. Additionally, Mark managed the work-out group of a major bank during the financial crisis of 2008 where his direct reports included teams of professionals with P&L responsibility. Mark earned his MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and his AB in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
