Ceri Jones

Ceri Jones is an experienced professional in change management and business transformation, currently serving as the Transformation Change and Engagement Manager at North Northamptonshire Council since April 2021. Previously, Ceri held various roles at East Northamptonshire Council from May 2015 to April 2021, including Business Analyst and Interim Business Analyst, where responsibilities included process redesign, project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementations. Ceri has a background in retail learning and development, having worked at Marks & Spencer from 2006 to 2015 in roles such as Programme Consultant and Training Design Consultant, as well as experience as an Assistant Store Manager at M&S and Manager at Peacocks. Ceri holds a BA (Hons) 2:1 in English and US Literature from the University of Essex.
