Emma Cooper

Emma Cooper serves as the Head of Learning and Development at North Northamptonshire Council since April 2021. Previously, Emma held the position of Organisational & Workforce Development Program Manager at LGSS from September 2008 to March 2021. Prior experience includes working as the Applications and Training Manager at Capita from April 2000 to 2008. Emma has a Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change from the University of Bedfordshire, earned between 2013 and 2014.
