Abhijit Kikale has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and engineering. Abhijit started their career as a Trainee Design Engineer at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. in 2004. Abhijit then worked as a Sr. Engineer in Vessels at Aker Solutions, where they designed pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, and API tanks.

In 2007, Abhijit joined Technip as a Principal Engineer Mechanical, leading a team of engineers and designers for detail engineering activities in onshore refinery projects. Abhijit also served as an Engineering Coordinator, External-Interface Engineer, and External-Interface Manager for various projects.

After working for over a decade at Technip, Abhijit joined Air Products in 2020 as a Project Manager. Following that, they joined North Oil Company Qatar as a Batch 3 WHP Interface Engineer, responsible for managing external interfaces with various departments and ensuring smooth execution of the project.

Abhijit Kikale attended Udayachal High School from 1985 to 1995. Abhijit then went on to study at Sinhgad College of Engineering from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree in the field of Chemical Engineering. In 2003, they pursued a short-term program at the American Society of Non Destructive Testing - Institute Pune, specializing in Non Destructive Testing. Additionally, from 2002 to 2003, Abhijit completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Boiler & Process Equipment Design at Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology, with a focus on Oil and Gas - Mechanical Equipment Design.
