Ali al-Wadaani

Ali Al-Wadaani has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ali is currently working as a Maintenance & Inspection Manager at North Oil Company Qatar since February 2023. Ali previously held the positions of Head of Maintenance Engineering from August 2019 to March 2023, Lead Reliability Engineering from July 2018 to July 2019, and M&I Excellence Advisor from October 2017 to July 2018, all at North Oil Company Qatar.

Prior to their current role, Ali worked as a Sr. Electrical Engineer at Maersk Oil from November 2014 to April 2017. Ali also gained experience as an Electrical Reliability Engineer at Qatar Shell GTL from July 2008 to October 2014, and as an Electrical Engineer at Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd for a brief period from July 2013 to December 2013.

Starting their career, Ali worked as an Electrical Engineer at Ashghal (Public Works Authority) from April 2005 to May 2008 and at the Ministry of Municipality and Agriculture Affairs from April 2004 to March 2005.

Throughout their career, Ali Al-Wadaani has accumulated a wealth of experience in electrical engineering and maintenance, with a focus on reliability and inspection.

Ali Al-Wadaani obtained their Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Qatar University from 1997 to 2003. Ali later pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Strategic Business Unit Management from HEC Paris between the years 2016 and 2017.
