Djunaidi Abdillah has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Djunaidi began their career in 2002 as a Process and Wellhead Operator at TOTAL, where they operated and monitored various systems and equipment. Djunaidi then worked as a Panel Operator at TOTAL, where they maintained continuous production and operated and monitored parameters using DCS systems.

Abdillah also worked at Qatar Petroleum as a Senior Operator and Project Operator, where they supervised and monitored activities for a major project. Djunaidi later joined Petroleum Development Oman as an Operation Foreman, where they controlled and monitored process parameters and took quick action in case of emergencies.

Djunaidi has also held positions at RasGas as an Offshore Panel Operator, Bumi Armada as an FPSO Topside Production Supervisor and PTW Coordinator, and PetroChina International Iraq FZE Iraq Branch as a CPF Operations Supervisor and PTW Coordinator. Most recently, they worked at PETROTEKNO as a Process Trainer, providing technical training to Indonesian national apprentices.

In their various roles, Abdillah has demonstrated expertise in process control, permit-to-work systems, equipment operation, and emergency response.

Djunaidi Abdillah pursued their education starting from 2002, when they enrolled in the Cepu-Indonesia Oil and Gas Training Centre. During their time there, they completed a specialist course in Oil and Gas Production Operation. Afterward, from 2005 to 2009, Djunaidi attended STT MIGAS BALIKPAPAN, where they obtained a Diploma 3 in Oil and Gas Electronic Instrumentation. Lastly, from 2015 to 2018, they attended WIDYA GAMA UNIVERSITY and earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
