Fethi Baccouche

Fethi Baccouche possesses extensive experience in planning and contracts management, currently serving as Lead Contracts & Quality, Planning, CMMS, and Logistics at North Oil Company Qatar since November 2016. Previously, Fethi held the position of Planning Section Head at Yemen LNG Company from March 2008 to June 2015, overseeing maintenance, shutdowns, budgeting, contracts, and KPIs. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Methods and Planning Engineer at Yemen LNG Company, Head of Planning Section at Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., and Planning Section Head at Shell, cumulatively spanning over two decades. Fethi's educational background includes a degree from Université de Tunis, attained between 1986 and 1991.
