Fishan Ur Rehman

Fishan Ur Rehman has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Fishan Ur joined North Oil Company Qatar in 2020 and currently holds the position of Head Reservoir Development and Growth. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Reservoir Geologist from November 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining North Oil Company Qatar, Fishan worked at Total for over a decade. During this time, they held various roles including Lead Reservoir Geologist from September 2016 to November 2020, Reservoir Geologist from October 2013 to September 2016, Petrophysicist from September 2012 to September 2013, Well Site Geologist from September 2011 to September 2012, Reservoir Geologist from October 2010 to September 2011, and Exploration Geologist from June 2009 to October 2010.

Fishan Ur Rehman has a solid educational background in the field of geology. Fishan Ur obtained a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Geology from Aligarh Muslim University between 2002 and 2005. Following this, they pursued an M.Tech degree in Applied Geology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, from 2005 to 2008. Fishan further expanded their expertise by pursuing an MS degree with a specialization in Exploration Geology from the Institute Francais du Petrole during the timeframe of 2008 to 2009.
