Gareth Morgan BEng CEng has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Gareth started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Tata Steel in 1994 and worked there till 2000. During this time, they gained experience in mechanical engineering and contributed to various projects.

In 2000, Gareth joined TOTAL as an Inspection Engineer. Gareth was responsible for conducting inspections on various equipment and facilities, including boilers, water treatment plants, and storage tanks. Gareth also managed maintenance programs for pressure safety valves.

From 2002 to 2009, Gareth continued working at TOTAL in different roles, including Inspection Engineer and Offsites Inspection Engineer. Gareth conducted thorough inspections on crude and product storage tanks and performed rupture and stability calculations.

In 2009, Gareth joined Murphy Oil as a Mechanical Engineer. Gareth provided technical support across refinery facilities, ensured compliance with industry standards, and contributed to construction and commissioning projects.

In 2016, Gareth moved to Maersk Oil as an Offshore Integrity Engineer. Gareth supervised personnel on offshore platforms and managed topside integrity issues. Gareth also served as the system administrator of the inspection database and handled the preparation, implementation, logistics, and closeout of inspection workpacks.

Currently, Gareth is working at North Oil Company Qatar as an Offshore Integrity Engineer. Gareth is responsible for the supervision of personnel on offshore platforms, handling topside integrity issues, and managing the inspection database.

Throughout their career, Gareth Morgan has demonstrated expertise in engineering, maintenance, inspection, and project management.

Gareth Morgan BEng CEng has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swansea University. Prior to that, they attended Bridgend College from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a High School degree in H.N.C Mechatronics with a specific focus on Electronics in Products & Processes. In 1990 to 1991, Gareth attended Neath College and completed their High School education, specializing in 'A' Levels.

In addition to their educational background, Gareth has also obtained certifications in the field. In 2005, they obtained the American Petroleum Institute API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector certification and the API 570 Piping Inspector certification from the API.
