Istanti Nina Widiastuti

Nina Widiastuti has a strong background in the oil and gas industry, with experience in various engineering roles. Istanti Nina began their career at Schlumberger, where they worked as a Testing & Fiber Optic Engineer, focusing on fiber optic implementation on slickline and measurement tools for well testing. Istanti Nina then transitioned to the role of Well Services Engineer, specializing in stimulation, coiled tubing operations, and cementing both on land and offshore rigs.

In 2009, Nina joined ConocoPhillips Indonesia as a Senior Completion & Well Intervention Engineer. Their responsibilities included working on well integrity operations, Slickline and E-line operations, CT operations, and stimulation and well testing operations for oil and gas wells.

After three years, Nina moved to Maersk Oil Qatar as a Senior Completion & Workover Engineer. Here, they worked on workover rigs, performing tubing change outs and re-completions for oil producer and water injector wells.

Most recently, Nina has been working at North Oil Company Qatar as a Completions & Workover Engineer. Their role involves completing wells in multi-zone smart completion on jack up rigs, with a focus on oil production and water injection. Istanti Nina has experience working on challenging wells with short TVD and long horizontal sections.
