Christina Horn MBA, LSSBB, PMP has over 16 years of work experience. Christina began their career as a Finance Manager at P&O Nedlloyd in 2001. In 2006, Horn transitioned to Maersk Line, where they worked as a Transition Project Manager and later became a Senior Project Manager leading a team of 125+ staff. Christina successfully delivered an SAP solution in 20 countries across Europe and the Middle East. Horn joined Maersk Oil in 2010 as a Change Manager for SAP and later took on the role of Project and Change Manager for the Integrated Safe System of Work (ISSOW) project. In 2017, they became the Transition and Close Out Project Manager for Maersk Oil before joining North Oil Company Qatar as a Project & Change Leader. In their current role, Horn is responsible for leading a multi-million dollar change program aimed at integrating Field Operations and developing a performance culture.

Christina Horn holds an extensive education history. Christina obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA from Henley Business School between the years 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Buffalo State University from 1995 to 1996, where they studied Business Administration and Management Information Systems (MIS). Before that, from 1991 to 1995, Christina studied Chemical Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. In 1990, they attended the University of Northern Colorado, focusing on Business Administration and Management Information Systems.

In addition to their academic achievements, Christina also holds several certifications. Christina obtained the Coaching For Performance certification from Coaching at Work in September 2013. In 2010, they received the Associate Business Foundation and Integration (TERP-10) certification from SAP. In June 2003, they obtained the 4QL - Situational Leadership / Executive Coaching certification from Coaching at Work. Christina also holds the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, which they obtained in February 2001. Lastly, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the same institution in June 1999.
