Mickael Gratia

Mickael GRATIA has a wide range of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mickael started their career as a Field Engineer at Total in 2006 and then moved on to become a Project Manager at SPIE Oil & Gas Services in 2007. In 2011, they joined Total again, this time as an Engineering and Construction Projects Lead. Mickael worked in this role until 2016 when they joined NOVATEK as a Detailed Engineering Lead. Mickael then joined North Oil Company Qatar in 2017 as a Campaign & Shutdown Coordinator. Mickael later took on the role of Digital Product Owner in 2019 before becoming the Lead of the Backlog Reduction Project in 2021.

Mickael Gratia obtained their Executive Education in Leadership from INSEAD in the year 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Centrale Lille, completing it between 2001 and 2006. Additionally, Mickael has acquired certifications such as the Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in August 2020, and the Data Science Professional Certificate from Coursera in July 2020.
