Mohammed Ali al-Saleh

Mohammed Ali Al-Saleh has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Mohammed Ali started their career at Maersk Oil in 2006, where they held various roles including HR Assistant, HR Coordinator/Compensation & Benefits, Senior HR Coordinator-Qatarization, and Qatarization Partner. During their time at Maersk Oil, they handled tasks such as coordinating interviews, processing the hiring of expat employees, and preparing relevant documentation. In 2017, they joined North Oil Company Qatar, where they served as a National Development Partner, National Development Lead, and currently holds the position of Head of HR Services since February 2019.

Mohammed Ali Al-Saleh started their education by obtaining a Diploma in Human Resources Practice from CIPD Qualifications in 2010-2011. Following that, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the College of the North Atlantic - Qatar from 2011 to 2015. Finally, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management from the University of Derby between 2015 and 2016.
