Rasheed Koleed

Rasheed Koleed is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in maintenance and reliability within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as the Head of M&I Performance Control and Methods and Head of Campaign & Shutdown at North Oil Company Qatar since June 2017, Rasheed manages multiple teams and contractors to oversee shutdown and maintenance operations. Prior roles include Lead Mechanical Team and Maintenance Support Mechanical Team Lead at North Oil Company, Reliability Team Lead at Maersk Oil, and Reliability Analyst/RCFA Lead at Oxy, specializing in equipment optimization and reliability analysis. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Control System Engineer and Control System Engineer at ORYXGTL, contributing to maintenance strategy and asset management. Rasheed holds a Bachelor of Engineering with honors in Communication and Control Engineering from The University of Manchester.
