Yassine Tarchoun

Yassine TARCHOUN has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Yassine started their career as a Master Mariner at BOURBON in 2008 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they became a DP Consultant at DP & MARINE ASSURANCE NORWAY AS for a period of three months. Afterwards, they joined PETRO SERVICES as a Marine Superintendent from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working at North Oil Company Qatar as a Marine Operations Specialist, starting in November 2018.

Yassine TARCHOUN's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Engineering from the Tunisian Naval Academy, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In 2016 and 2017, they attended Lloyd's Maritime Academy and obtained a Diploma in ship's superintendency.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Yassine TARCHOUN has acquired several certifications. These include the H2S certification from OPITO, the OVID accredited inspector certification from OCIMF (Oil Companies International Marine Forum), the T-BOSIET certification from OPITO, and the STCW 2010 Certificates from OMMP (Office de la Marine Marchande et des Ports). Yassine obtained these certifications in September 2021 and June 2021, respectively.

Furthermore, Yassine TARCHOUN holds the Full DP certificate from The Nautical Institute, which they obtained in October 2018. Yassine also possesses an Unlimited Master Certificate from OMMP (Office de la Marine Marchande et des Ports), which they obtained in February 2017. Additionally, they have an Internal Auditor Quality ISO 9001 Version 2015 certification from IRCA Global, which they obtained in October 2015.
