Heatherlynn Lizama

Heatherlynn Lizama serves as the Director of Information Systems at North Okaloosa Medical Center since September 2021, building on prior roles as an Information Technology System Analyst and IT Help Desk Analyst. Responsibilities have included maintaining IT functions, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, and offering clear explanations of technical issues to non-technical users.
