Gabrielle Stanco

Gabrielle Stanco, PhD, has a diverse range of work experience in research, planning, and data management. Gabrielle is currently serving as the District Director of Research, Planning, and Data Management at the North Orange County Community College District since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Orange Coast College from 2013 to 2019, where they held multiple roles including Sr. Research Analyst, Acting Administrative Director, and Adjunct Faculty in Psychology. In 2016, they briefly worked at the CA Community College Chancellor's Office as a Career Technical Education (CTE) Data Expert. From 2007 to 2013, Gabrielle worked at the TIMSS & PIRLS International Study Center, Boston College, where they held positions such as Assistant Research Director, Research Associate, and Research Assistant. Gabrielle also worked as a Program Evaluation Consultant at Boston College in 2008 and as a Program Officer at the Institute of International Education from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Program Accountability at Big Thought from 2002 to 2005.

Gabrielle Stanco, PhD has a diverse education history that spans over several years. Gabrielle began their academic journey in 1998 by earning their Bachelor's degree in German/Psychology from Austin College. Gabrielle then pursued a Fulbright Award, studying Art Pedagogy at the University of Munich from 2001 to 2002. In 2005, they enrolled at New York University and achieved a Master of Arts degree specializing in International Education, which they completed in 2007. Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Gabrielle Stanco attended Boston College from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation. It is evident that Gabrielle Stanco has a strong background in education and has dedicated significant time and effort to enhancing their understanding of various fields within this realm.
