Kevin Diggelmann

Kevin Diggelmann is an experienced System Administrator at North Point Ministries, Inc. since 2007, responsible for managing systems and servers across multiple campuses, administering Apple devices using various MDM solutions, and developing automation workflows. With a strong background in customer service, Kevin has also worked as a Customer Service Engineer, maintaining Apple hardware and software for over 600 clients, and as a Freelance Media Producer managing projects for notable clients. Previous roles include IT Support at Discovery Channel, Creative at Apple Computer, and internships at Rowdy Entertainment and Georgia Tech Cable Network. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University.
