Capt. Stjepan Marinovic

Capt. Stjepan Marinovic is an accomplished maritime professional with extensive experience in the industry since 1988. Currently serving as General Manager and CEO at North Sails since January 2003, Stjepan has previously held key positions including Technical Manager at Armament Secam from May 2000 to December 2002, overseeing technical operations and commercial scheduling for loading logs and wood in various countries. Stjepan's maritime career began as a Deck Apprentice at JADROPLOV d.d. and progressed to the role of Master Mariner at Rederiet Otto Danielsen A/S, where Stjepan advanced from junior mate to captain. Stjepan holds a Bachelor's degree in Nautical Engineering from the University of Split and a high school diploma in Nautica from Srednja Pomorska Škola Split.
