Mathieu Guillaud

Mathieu GUILLAUD is an experienced sail designer and project manager currently serving as a sail designer and sailmaker for the Orient Express Racing Team, competing in the 37th America's Cup. With a background at North Sails since 2015, Mathieu has focused on the French offshore racing market, specializing in Class40, Imoca, and Ultims. Previous roles include sail design for cruising and performance boats and service as a sailmaker in Palma de Mallorca and Auckland. Mathieu also has a solid engineering background with experience as a mechanical design engineer at Thales and Jallais Industrie, complemented by a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Centrale Nantes.
