Quentin Abeille

Quentin Abeille is an accomplished Design/Software Engineer with a strong background in aerospace engineering. Currently employed at North Sails since April 2021, Quentin has contributed to the implementation of a method for modeling sails in interaction. Previous experience includes an internship at IRENav, where Quentin focused on hydrodynamic modeling for the Nacra17 sailboat, as well as roles as a sailing instructor at Société Nautique de la Baie de Saint-Malo, teaching children aged 7 to 12. Quentin also gained hands-on experience in boat preparation and repair during an internship at CHANTIERS NAVALS DE LA VILLE AUDRAIN. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO and a brief educational stint at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
