Lauren Greer

Lauren Greer (Arzbecker) has a diverse work experience history, starting as a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard in 2010. Lauren later became a Small Business Owner teaching swim lessons. Lauren also held roles such as a Business Intern, Student Ambassador, and Teaching Assistant at Gordon College. Moving on, they worked at EY as an Assurance Staff, progressing to Assurance Senior and Manager roles. Lauren's most recent role was as a Compass Consultant at Salo before becoming the VP of Operational Finance at North Shore Healthcare, LLC in 2023.

Lauren Greer (Arzbecker) graduated from Gordon College in 2014 with a degree in International Affairs and Accounting. In 2017, they obtained their CPA certification from Wisconsin CPA.
