Steven Kapfhammer

Steven Kapfhammer has over two decades of work experience in executive leadership roles within the healthcare industry. From 1994 to 2008, they served as the Executive Vice President at Hallmark Health System, Inc., where they oversaw the daily operations and strategic planning for a community hospital. Since 2008, they have been the President of North Shore Physicians Group, where they provide leadership and strategic planning for a multi-specialty group practice integrated with Mass General Brigham-Salem Hospital. Steven'sresponsibilities include developing further integration among primary care, specialty, and hospital-based physicians.

Steven Kapfhammer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Louisville, where they attended from 1988 to 1992. Steven then pursued a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Xavier University, studying from 1992 to 1994.
