Deanna Lesht Lcsw

Deanna Lesht, LCSW, is a seasoned social worker with extensive experience in senior care and hospice services. Currently serving as a HOPE Care Coordinator at North Shore Senior Center since October 2021, Deanna previously held roles at Suncrest Home Health & Hospice as a Hospice Social Worker and at JourneyCare in various volunteer management positions. Deanna's career also includes significant tenures in senior management roles at Oak Street Health and community-based services at North Shore Senior Center. Deanna's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Service Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Kenyon College.
