Joe Scala

Joe Scala has extensive work experience in the construction industry, particularly in estimating and project management roles. Joe began their career at Berlin Steel Construction in 2011 as a Misc. Metals Estimator, where they reviewed drawings, clarified scope, and developed work plans. In 2014, they joined DIW as a Senior Project Estimator, responsible for setting budgets and managing large misc. metals projects. From 2017 to 2018, Joe worked at MAS Building & Bridge, Inc. as a Misc. Metals Estimator/Project Manager. Joe then moved to RENS WELDING & FABRICATING, INC. RETIREMENT PLAN in 2018 as a Senior Estimator. Currently, Joe is the Director of Operations at North Shore Steel, a position they have held since 2022.

Joe Scala attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management.
