Helen Caine has over 30 years of professional experience, currently serving as the GL Systems Lead at North Somerset Council since May 2007. Prior to this role, Helen was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from March 1992 to June 2006, where expertise in management and systems was developed.
