Julia Stuckey

Julia Stuckey is an accomplished Program Manager at North Somerset Council, leading a placemaking and events team to implement the Weston Placemaking strategy, including managing a £23 million Levelling Up Fund investment across six projects in Weston-super-Mare. With over 25 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Julia has held various key positions such as Town Clerk at Portishead Town Council, Business and Economy Manager at Swindon Borough Council, and Inward Investment Manager at the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership. As a co-founder of First Class Training Academy, Julia developed management and customer service training programs in collaboration with the Disney Institute. Education credentials include an MA in Sustainable Tourism Management from the University of the West of England and a BA Hons in Tourism Management from the University of Brighton.
