Terence Battles

Terence Battles is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at North State Dental Partners since May 2022. Prior to this role, Terence held multiple positions at Chick-fil-A Research Triangle, including Executive Director of Culture & Leadership Development and Director of Culture, focusing on leader development and workplace culture. Terence also served as Director of Human Resources at The Cottage Salon and had roles in human resources and culture development at Chick-fil-A South Durham. Additionally, Terence was the Artistic Director at Royal Grace Academy of Dance and has a background in arts education, holding an Associate of Arts degree from Wake Technical Community College.
