Shannon has experience as a Substitute Teacher at North Syracuse Central School District, a Lead Preschool Teacher at True North Center for Children, a Billing Assistant at Relo Solutions Group, and is the Owner of Script Assist. With a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from State University of New York at Oswego and a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Grand Canyon University, Shannon is dedicated to both education and writing.
